I reached out to chat with someone about the program and was then offered an interview, which occurred 1 month later. After that, I didn't hear back for another 2 months, after which they offered me an in-person interview, which took 2 hours. The interview consisted of 3 panelists, who were very unwelcoming. It felt like they were assuming I was lying about my experience and resume and would question things on my resume that no one ever had. Having started a masters program in human capital and researched best practices on interviewing, I have now realized that their interviewing protocol was very unprofessional and elitist. They gave me an exercise to work through, which I felt did not provide enough information to give the answers they were looking for. Having completed several consulting case studies, I recognize that their case study needs to be vastly improved, in order to get the type of results they are looking for. All in all, I felt incredibly unwelcome and I will never apply to another position with the company, solely based on that experience.
