Total lack of professionalism. Contacted by an external recruiter, on Friday they arranged a first remote interview, of about one hour, with a regional VP. They have been extremely pushy to schedule a second 1-hour interview with an Account Manager (the future potential supervisor), on the next Monday. After that, they completely disappeared, stopping answering to any follow-up email. This, together with the fact that there was no trace of any HR during the whole selection process, gave a feeling of extreme disorganisation.
