I had the chance to meet with several members of the team, and had a good understanding of the role and the growth plans of the company. It was a very positive and thorough process. Everyone I met with was very authentic. We basically went through my background, discussed my managing philosophy, and it was more conversational, rather than specific interview questions....that was positive.
