I applied for the position through a recruiter that I'd met on LinkedIn. The interview consisted of a VP and Sr Director who had a lot of pressing questions. I answered all of the questions to the best of my ability and felt surprisingly comfortable. They came right out and gave me a list of the pros and cons of working within the company. I feel that the interview went fairly well and a few days later, I had an offer. It wasn't what I applied for but nonetheless, I had the opportunity to showcase my skill set. A couple of weeks later, I got the position that I applied for; after a short one on one with the CEO.
