3 Part interview First they ask tell you about what the company is. Then they tell you what they job is after about an hour long 1 on 1 at a bagel place.

I applied on March 1st and received an Email to schedule for a face to face interview that same day. After scheduling and confirming the date and time. I received a follow up email that stated " Your in this first interview, we will spend about 15-20 minutes getting to know you and helping you learn a little more about the position, and the company itself." He mentioned and went over that the interview is a 3 round process. 1st round, super quick, to the point. It was just to get an Idea of me personality and what I was looking for in your career. During the interview he had ask several questions, in which he seemed to like my replies to his questions, and said that he thought I would be a good fit for the company. He mentioned that he had a few more candidate to see that day, but I was by far the best one that stood out and that I should expect a call that evening by 5:00 -5:30 to discuss the 2nd step of the interview process. He made me feel like I would be getting a call back. But never got the call back. So, I decided to call and speak with the someone from HR . When I advised whom I interview with and advised them of what was said. They apologized and said sorry, but you were not selected and that they went in a different direction… "What the Heck does that even mean". Whole 1st part of the interview with him, was misleading and my follow-up was as far as I am concerned CRAP. Get the facts and be HONEST. My thoughts are they missed out, as I would have been very dedicated employee to the company and would have put me all into the position, to do a Great Job
