It was very smooth and fast pace. They don't waste your time and are very direct about their expectations. You also get an opportunity to meet the employees and not just the managers which is a nice fact.

I interviewed with Lynch Mykins back in November 2022. It was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had. Often during interviews with other companies, I've felt compelled to put my (unrealistically) absolute best foot forward. However, with Lynch Mykins, each interview was an insightful conversation in which I could be my authentic self. Their emphasis on maintaining a good culture was very apparent during the interview process. I truly believe that they care about their people. Unfortunately, I did not accept their offer for personal reasons, but I would love to work for them if the stars align in future.
