The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish and took roughly 10 days. Within a few days of me applying online I was asking to have a quick phone screen. The recruiter was friendly and made me feel at ease. I was then invited onsite to be interviewed by 4 separate people. Each person was genuine, asked me thoughtful questions, and gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. At times it felt more like a conversation with a friend than an interview! For the final stage I was invited back to the office to meet with 4 more people, including the VP of People. Again, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I felt really well taken care of throughout the whole process. The recruiter was always on hand to answer any questions I had by email or phone.
