I started the interview in October, and after I finished the phone screen(in Nov), I moved forward with the Onsite, after one finished, the recruiter said the other two have to be rescheduled. And they keep ghosting until they finally schedule an interview in earlier Jan, by connection issue they have rescheduled one more interview. But at the time of the interview the engineer was not shown (AGAIN!) and then I have to waste my time waiting for the interviewer to join the meeting but actually, I have to wait more than 25min and he still did not attend. I mean, it's fine to tell the interviewee that they are not fit for the position, but why do they choose the worst way to ghost people and waste their time????
