I came to know about the role through LinkedIn and applied for it. In a week, I got a call from the recruiter. She explained the interview process after probing about my interest. Recruiter is friendly. She scheduled a phone interview with on of their lead engineer. Most of the questions are around what if scenarios and metrics. I felt that we had pretty good discussion. After following up with the recruiter, I came to know that they decided to move forward with another candidate.

Recruiter called on time. The interview was free flowing and easy to share my experiences. The external commuications matched up with the process . Very transparent, accountable and open.

Combined phone, video and in-person interviews with recruiter, potential supervisor and business partners. The interviewers were very personable and professional (seemed like good + very smart people). Everyone seemed to have a causal but “get it done and own it” culture. People seemed passionate about the business and were vested in making it successful.
