Entrevista
The interview was a thorough, but casual, three step process. First was a phone interview, then a group interview and three "speed interviews," and finally a situational "test" and one on one with a Critical Response team leader. It was quite an in depth process, but it part of the process seemed to serve a very specific function.

Without knowing company protocol, how would you handle a driver that had their phone stolen during a ride? An employee play-acted the part. Think they were looking for empathy, communication skills, and creativity more than anything else.

Very effective! Painless and informational. The atmosphere is very welcoming! When I walked in, I was greeted by several people and offered a bottle of water during my wait. Interview started on time and interviewing staff were a breath of fresh air.

Entrevista
The interview process was very informative and helpful in establishing an understanding of how Lyft started, and what Lyft is trying to do in terms of its business model and goals. It started with a background on Lyft, leading into a series of grouped interviews - challenging the interviewee to think on their feet. Overall, after the interview process is well planned out and gives you a good practice for the field you are about to enter.

Entrevista
A Lyft recruiter specialist reached out to me within the week of me applying. She was nice, informative, and responsive. My interview took a little over an hour. I had 3 different interview phases, the first being with two individuals, and the second and third being with just one person. I was offered a job within that week!
