Lyft reached out to me to schedule an initial screening call. I spoke with a business partner first for around 30 minutes. Quickly afterwards, I spoke to the hiring manager for around an hour over the phone. After that they scheduled an in-person series of interviews with members of the team, followed by a presentation on how I would manage a hypothetical project.
