A saga of 6 interviews without setting expectations or when or how a final decision would be made. Whole process lasted 7 weeks. 1st - Standard screening interview with HR over the phone. 2nd and 3rd- Video interview with hiring manager. 4th - Meeting in person with hiring manager. 5th - Assignment of how I would lay out my sales route and a follow up video call about the proposed route with hiring manager. 6th - Meeting with associate to the hiring manager on another video call. He pretended to fall asleep during the interview when I was talking. He was closing his eyes and nodding off to an answer I was asked. I really couldn’t believe how unprofessional his actions were. This was a huge distraction for me and I struggled to finish the rest of the interview. Following this interview, HR reached out a week later letting me know that I hadn’t been chosen for the position.

I met with a member of the management team. I had to do a lengthy "audition". I finally got the job, but I felt I spent a lot of time getting there.
