Tech Recruitment Tayná fez contato comigo via Linkedin e me fez 9 perguntas e as respondi. A resposta dela foi: "Perfeito! Vc tem uma versão do seu CV em inglês para me enviar, por favor?". Logo após eu enviei meu resume. Isto ocorreu em setembro e esperei passar uns 20 dias e perguntei: "...gostaria de saber o feedback, pois eu enviei o meu resume e não houve nenhum retorno". Ja se passaram mais de 2 meses e ela não deu pelo menos uma resposta. Acho uma falta de cuidado e respeito uma recrutadora fazer isso. Indelicado, pois ela mesma entrou em contato e simplesmente me deixou falando sozinha.

One hr technical interview with two interviewer. Automation, Java 8 features, scenario based interview questions were asked.
Panel was separately targeted on Manual testing and Automation concepts, including background you have described.
Being contacted by HR, discussed about my knowledge, everything looked like a great fit. I was asked about salary compensation, a good fit too. Ended with the promission that a follow up will be available soon, but no response received anymore. I tried to contact them, their response was that the position is on hold, as they consider to use an internal employee for this position. Still, the job is available on the hiring platforms. Why would you do that? 0 honestly from them, unprofessional.

First interview is like casual discussion with basic questions on JAVA and testing
Second: Unfortunately the position got closed from the client end so could not attend
