The process started off, professional and structured. After the 2nd interview, I was told be getting final feedback. However, a 3rd interview needed to be passed, as another Luxoft executive wanted to be involved. Scheduling this interview was not too easy and took a long time. As did the process starting at this point, incl. receiving feedback in time, clarifying the "new" next steps, etc.
