In time, interview was conducted in English, professional questions, sometimes recruiter wanted to mo to hear expected answer, too many technical questions for types of requirements, SQL, REST etc.
Overall experience is good
Depends only on the client you are being hired for. There are mostly dependent on clients only. Sometimes 2 client rounds, sometimes one internal and one client round. They mostly have banking clients in SG.

I didn't have interview with recruiter, I've been sent straightforward to technical interview with BA.
She was cold and unfriendly, whole interview process was so tense.
And in the end I got a rejection but with no explanation at all. What I did wrong, what are my areas for improvements. At least something.
