There were 3 parts of hiring process. First one was the interview with the human resources manager, which was performed in English. Working conditions were discussed there. Seconds interview was with project manager. It was technical interview. Interviewer was very nice conversation partner. mathematical background was required for this position, so the questions related to math, java and algorithms were asked. Also project processes were explained. Third interview was with customer and was difficult technical interview. Interviewer was very nice.

One round with hiring manager, little technical mostly HR. Calm and positive but haven't heard back as they said they have other candidates in pipeline. Still waiting. But questioned on coding principles.

it can vary, they care only about client response. so you mostlikely do different rounds for the company and then for client, if the client does not want you even if you exceed luxoft interview it does not matter
The interviewer asked questions related to modern C++ and its standards. It was a nice and well thought interview on the fundamentals of the language as well as software development principles. The interviewer was clear in their questions and followup questions about the job were also well thought.
