The role was the basic role for recruitment, with no previous experience. The process took 4 interviews, 1 phone interview and a task. Since my boss and managers are located on the US and the office on MX they wanted to make sure I can work without supervision and be able to learn new technologies when needed. Overall the process took around 5 weeks, but the recruiters always kept on touch with me, telling me my feedback and what should I study or focus for every interview. A high english level is a most for the company for every position.
