Seemed disorganized and nervous. When interviewed by multiple people who were not in HR department and had no idea what their role was. Some of them were not management and seemed less ghan thrilled to be assigned the task of interviewing.

The interview process was lengthy but very relaxed and enjoyable. All of the Lutron employees I interviewed with were very friendly and seemed to love their job. It was a total of three interviews spread over 3 days.

went through 3 rounds of interviews, the 3rd being a 5 hour process in which I met with multiple different people. It was a long process that resulted in no offer, and when I asked for feedback they refused to say anything that could have helped me understand what went wrong.
