This interview process took several weeks with 8 hours total of interviews. They led me on for several weeks when the determining factor was experience. Time was wasted in that case. They changed the search to look for someone with more years of experience. The job description kept evolving as the interviews went on. They asked me questions/scenarios that didn't relate to the position knowing that someone in my position wouldn't be handling that sort of responsibility. Overall long and frustrating interview experience.
