Very interactive and behavioral, great community of staff who are very passionate about the success of the firm. Due to the company still being privately owned, they give you a lot of freedom to move around the firm and try out different roles within a given department. Great Overall Experience, just be confident and make sure you know about the company in general.

Presentation on Serena Shades to a group of lutron sales staff that would ask question/ interact with you during your presentation to test your communication and interpersonal skills and a client-sales setting. It was quite relaxed, truly just testing your confidence in presenting and as well you knowledge of their product and how you communicate that knowledge

First interview went great. Second lady called me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Didn't even ask me questions about myself or my experience. Wrote me off immediately, despite having raving reviews from the first interview.

Do not even waste your time with Lutron. I had a 4 hour interview, and I had to reach out for them to tell me no in an automated response. I asked for feedback and they sent me a link from indeed "10 interviewing tips". After meeting with 8 people you would think they would have notes to share. This is crummy business practice and the company was disrespectful after I put in a few hours preparing.

Entrevista
My experience visiting the company was amazing! I had already interviewed for the SLDP role virtually and received an offer. As a courtesy, the company flew me out to give me a tour of the sales team and the engineering testing lab. Everybody was extremely nice and I got to learn the ins and outs of most of the products. They were able to answer everything from intricate engineering design questions to what the sales engineer role entails and the type of customers they support.
I left feeling very positive about this company.
