I had an interview with my manager in store which went great they then select one person to have another interview with someone from recruitment at head office, which was very aggressive and undermining. They then make their decision however the manager overules the whole process anyway, so its completely up to how impressive the first interview was.

It was a full day event with breaks. I had to make a presentation, which I prepared beforehand. There is alot of group work involved and at the end of the day, there is the solo interviews.
