Emailed my cv and cover letter got invited to a group interview two days later. There were over 20 people there. We had to sit on the floor in a circle and went around introduced ourselves and then had to say our spirit animal and why we had to make the animal out of FUN. Also had to give an interesting fact about yourself. Then we were told about LUSH massage bars and how to use them. Then split into pairs and used on each other whilst telling one another about ourselves and then telling the whole group what your partner said. Then put into groups and picked an object from a box (I had labels) and sell it in one minute. Then we were given the knot wraps and had to create a fashion item out of it in 3 minutes. After that we just filled out a form on our availability and why we want to work at LUSH, any special skills we had. Then they took a picture and that was it. Try to be creative in all your and answers, volunteer to go first and just be super confident. Confidence is very important!!
