Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Lush (Liverpool, Inglaterra)
Entrevista
1.Applied online
2.Group interview along with a few minutes personal interview
My group had 10 people and there were 4 or 5 demonstrations / group works (e.g. hand massage, customer - employee role playing etc,) along with the personal quick interview. There seemed to be another 4 groups.
3.One day trial shift with another two applicants.
3 days later I attended the trial shift in the mid day.
The first 30 minutes, we went out of the shop and dropped in some another few shops on the street to seek for good / bad customer service. After that heading back to the Lush's shop floor to take part in the trial shift for an hour.
It was a group interview, very unconventional, hands-on, and activity-based, teamwork. They expect you to know their company values and ethics, which will carry over to your role. It was very relaxed and they made me feel very comfortable and heard.

Was offered an interview and it was fairly casual - in the cafe, and it only lasted around 45 minutes. Pretty much immediately after I was offered a trial shift, and I went and it was kind of horrible because we didn’t know anything about the products, and it also wasn’t very busy so it felt like we were competing with each other to get a customer’s attention, only to not even be able to give them proper information and just have to guess. It was a bit embarrassing and we didn’t get paid either, but we got a free shower gel. I found out I got the job on the way home from the trial shift.

Onboarding session and then a practice shift which involved you sitting customers down and demonstrating products on them. Lasts around an hour, and it’s done in groups of trial shifts.
