Came in for a trail shift, and then a 1-1 interview afterwards for about 30 mins. I was asked some situational questions such as how I have dealt with a difficult situation. I found the trail shift quite hard- as they pushed for you to get customers to buy items straight away and get the public into the door. They were also very target driven, saying they wanted every customer to buy three things when entering the store. They also didn’t reply to my follow up email when I got in touch about the position after my interview.

Group interview so difficult to engage, not much opportunity to talk to the staff especially since ex employees interview in the same group as you and can take over .
