Entrevista
There were 4 stages:
• A couple of recruiter screening calls
• A 45 minute interview with my direct manger that involved a portfolio presentation.
• A 45 min interview with the Head of Department that was geared more towards company fit.
• The last stage was a wider peer review with a mixture of Leadership roles and directors. This was based around a whiteboard challenge.
