The interview was conducted virtually with the Team Leader and the Manager. They started the interview with ice breakers like our profile background and what was the most recent thing we watched on a streaming platform. Once we moved on to the core of the interview, they asked questions related to cryptocurrencies such as what do we know about it, what are the advantages of using cryptocurrencies, and so forth. They also gave 3 case studies and asked to share 1 success story from past experiences. They passed me to an interview session with the Country Manager and I was already asked to share 2 referrals, but I declined as I was already accepting a job offer from another company.

The entire process, from the time I submitted my application all the way to the offer stage, took about a month. I would say the entire process for me was smooth and a great experience. There were two stages of interviews, along with assessments: the first one online and the second face-to-face in the office. The interviewers were all very friendly and professional. The questions asked were typical interview questions, so make sure you are well-prepared and confident. Unfortunately, I had to decline the offer as the salary offered was lower than I had anticipated.
