1. Take home coding test. Involved general JavaScript, CSS and problem solving on Hackerrank. 2. Peer programming session with lead web engineers - Worked through a Hackerrank editor to solve coding problems while explaining the approach to and fielding questions from lead web engineers. 3. Engineering manager/culture fit interview - Answered questions from the engineering managed with regards to past working experience, how I worked with peers, how I dealt with difficult situations around engineering tasks and expectations from management. Also discussed the Luno "moontalities", which are the companies core values and culture and examples where I displayed them in the past.
