I received an email from the recruiter regarding the time and date of the interview (without asking my availability), unfortunately I was not available at their scheduled time and date and I asked if we could reschedule, they asked my availability after few days and when I sent them my availability no one got back!
It seems like they don’t care and respect the candidates and their time!

Overall 4 meetings with various Lunauts.
Initial call with a recruiter to speak about the role, motivation, salary expectations etc. (30min)
Interview with TA Lead to discuss my experience and skills and the role in detail.
Moontality interview with one of the leaders outside the TA team to ensure alignment on values;

Final interview with Global Head of TA to further discuss my skills and experience but also team strategy, challenges, projects etc
Overall process took 4 weeks (application to offer) and I was promptly updated after each stage (usually within a day).
The offer was made within a day as well and I was onboarded within 2 weeks.
Straight away I was put in touch with a specialist who could answer my questions about various benefits.
The laptop arrived within a day and I could arrange a specific delivery time with DHL.
