Entrevista
The overall process is thorough and I got the impression that even though there is immense pressure to hire more people, they are taking the time to look for the right people.
There were 4 stages to the interview: 1 on 1s, some in-person group interviews with multiple product owners, a take home test and lastly another in-person session. They also invite you to Friday drinks to meet more of the team which helps give you a better understanding of the culture and the people you will be working with.

Entrevista
There were four parts to the interview process:
1. Online call (meet&greet)
2. Exercise
3. Interview
4. Offer negotiation
In my case, things were a little more involved (due to interviewers being unavailable, more people wanting to meet me, etc.), so I had two calls and two interviews.
The process was very thorough, but I liked it. It felt like they were really interested in me as an asset to the company, rather than just a body to fill a chair. By the time they made me an offer, I was sure that the company would be a good fit for me.
That being said ... six months was a looooong time to be patient. But like I said in my interview, the right position is worth waiting for.

They presented a problem facing another product owner, and asked me to walk them though how I would tackle the issue.
