The interview was extremely easy, she took me to the back office and it was a one-on-one interview that lasted for approximately 15 minutes. She then offered me a job on the spot.

Very short and easy. The staff is very nice and the interview process was over before I knew it. Very respectable community through customers to staff. Lunds and Byerlys is a good place!
Basic questions about yourself, hypothetical scenarios e.g. how would you react if a customer yelled at you, how would you react if offered a tip, basic questions about bagging, availability, interactions with co-workers, etc.

How would you react if a customer was unhappy with your service
interview process was easy and straight forward. all management is respectful and professional. i was hired and trained same day making them a very efficient company. no the best to have to drive all the way out to their flagship location to interview but is doable.
