I recently had an initial interview with a recruiter from Lummus Technology and was genuinely excited about the opportunity. Unfortunately, after the first conversation, I followed up several times and never received any response. Being completely ghosted after an interview is disappointing and reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment process. A simple update, positive or negative, would have shown professionalism and respect for a candidate’s time.
