Luminous arranged an hour-long Zoom call which took a general discussion format with three members of their team. The process was very informal and mostly candidate-led covering the basics of the company's challenges and ways of working. In hindsight I could have improved the answers I gave to value I would bring to the role, but that's par for the course when it comes to interview nerves. As they made a quick decision there was no opportunity to follow up with clarifications on that point, but maybe that's for the best too.
