The interviewing process is non-existant, everything is automated, completely lacking of any human touch except for some "recordings" that you need to reply to with your own, then, they send you a "Technical assessment" on DevSkiller.com with questions that make absolutely no sense for your role or real life situations, at all.
It's no wonder they have such a low rating on interviews, and If this is how "humane" they are with their employees, I wouldn't want to work for them at all.

After that there were garbage exercises on creating Docker containers, fixing merge issues, questions on what some command results where, and some linux handling tasks that were absolutely basic and had nothing to do with business case scenarios.
This is one of those companies with code tests that make no sense and probably have no idea of how to do HR.

The interview went great - it wasn’t too intense, with well-balanced DevOps questions that were neither too easy nor too hard. I really liked that the interviwer wasnt excpacting for 100%.

Three steps in the process. First was the HR with the usual questions about yourself and other skills. Next, was technical and last the Tech Leader and the team with which you would work
