First interview was in person. Second interview as take home task. Third interview was in person with a Senior dev. At the end of the process I accepted the salary proposed and was moved to active relationship since they didn't have the role currently available. I think they are just collecting CVs.

The company has no regard for your time. Would ask for elaborate answers while applying for the job but would reject candidates with a template response. If you want candidates to write personalized answers catered to the specific role, then the least you can do is provide reasons for why you are rejecting an application.
