Applied online and got an email that day asking to have a call the next day. Exchanged a couple of emails and agreed to talk the next day at 11AM. Come just before 2 PM and I realize I never got a call. Reached out by email and the recruiter claimed their other person had been calling me and getting no answer. If they were calling it was not my number and it made me wonder why they didnt email me but whatever. She then said her person would call me right away but I had meetings and gave her a 230pm slot. She asked that I just call her. I did and no answer. Left a VM and never heard back, no email, etc. This was a very unprofessional experience and tells me a lot about how they value their people. If is important to remember that an interview is a two way street.
