I was asked to have a one way interview via HireVue and that instead of a human reviewing it, my answers would be evaluated by AI. Talk about taking the human element out of the interview process... and not to mention, eliminating the value of the 2-way street that is interviewing!

Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
