A multi-stage interview process, including a challenging multiple-choice question (MCQ) test, a web development hackathon, and a final interview round. My preparation involved thorough research, technical skill improvement, and data structures and algorithms practice. The MCQ test assessed my theoretical knowledge, the hackathon tested my practical skills, and the final interview encompassed technical questions and a pleasant HR interaction. It was a valuable learning experience that taught me the importance of preparation and adaptability in interviews.

I was interviewed online, process took 20-30days to release offer, overall smooth interview process interview panel and HR were comfortable , overall it was a very good experience looking forward to accept the offer with LUMEN.
