Very disorganized. Weeks and even months between interviews. Ultimately the hiring manager talked about different things than the recruiter or executive that I had initially spoken to. It wasn’t clear they were aligned in any way.

3 interviews. One phone with HR. 1 with person currently holding the role and final with the hiring manager. HR communicated through each step keeping me updated around timing and next steps.

Entrevista
The Interview process was not clear or very well defined. I was told I would be interviewing with the Hiring Manager to only later find I interviewed with his secretary who set the interview for the morning of Martin Luther King Day. When I queried her if this was in fact accurate I got no replies whatsoever. The day following I did get an email and we did successfully set a day/time for a phone screen. Following completing the Phone Screen successfully, I received no futher communication, positive or negative from Lumen. Sending the normal follow up email to the secretary and hiring manager yielded no response whatsoever. Given Lumen's poor communication, undefined process and stock trading at sub $3.50 recently, I am glad I will not be pursing employment at Lumen.
