The interview was very good and the hackathon process was so exciting. The mentors and hr were very friendly . Rather than a round for job it felt like a clean discussion on my sole talents and the job requirements.

Entrevista
The whole interview process was done in 3 stages 1. Screening Round 2. Hackathon 3. Technical and HR discussion Screening Round: consists of 28 questions and should be answered in 1 hour. Hackathon : The total hackathon duration is 11 hours. Started with registration and an introduction of problem statements (web app development). A group was formed randomly with 10-15 members along with a mentor and all the team members had to interact among each other and had to develop a web app. This was a 6 hour interactive process from 9 am to 3 pm. After the hackathon, top 5 teams are selected and were asked to present their presentation. The winners were awarded with best prizes. This went for another 3 hours till 6pm. Also the best performers from the participated teams were selected by the mentors for the TR and HR discussion Interview: It was not totally an interview. It was just a simple interactive discussion with the interviewer, which went amazingly. I was questioned and tested on my communication skills, Spontaneity, interaction and adaptability. Also a little technical skills too. The whole hackathon including interview process happened for 2 days and the whole event happened virtually. And the results were announced within 4 days after the hackathon event

Entrevista
This interview process is completely a bit different. And the interview process is as follows: 1. Written test 2. Hackathon 3. Final Interview After the written test, Hackathon was conducted for all the qualified students in the written test. During the hackathon, all batches need to create a full-stack website in 5 hours. For those who completed it successfully, there is a presentation round. In this round, all the qualified batches need to present their website. The next day in each batch who performed well(like in communication skills, technical skills, behavior etc) received interview emails. After the interview results are announced
