Basically a phone interview with 2-4 managers from different departments asking questions regarding your ability to function with fellow workers, customers and job skills. Also questions about how you handle your self in certain situations.
Phone interview with recruiter describing job activities followed by an interview conducted by panel of 3 individuals within the company. Basics questions asked within the interview some harder ones .

Entrevista
Group interview, which was a bit chaotic and disorganized. There were multiple people interviewing applicants who were all grouped in a conference room. We were shuffled from one room to another and then back after listening to a presentation. It was enough to throw me off and made me more nervous and anxious which then led to me bombing the one-on-one interview as I stumbled through their questions and I'm sure not giving the greatest impression. It was a huge bummer as I really wanted the job and was well qualified.
