Everything behind a curtain. No transparency. Hiring managers make you feel like it is a mutual fit and then go ghost. The process is scattered and you are asked to interview with people who have no business interviewing anyone. One interviewer kept rolling his eyes and laughing at me everytime I would answer a technical question. Creepy experience.
