Hiring process was smooth. Got a phone interview and was offered a second interview. Second interview was with a coach (who quit before I got out of training). Was told that over and over, "What you see is what you get." Turns out the amount of money that they said one can make in commission was not completely true. The only people making the amount I was told are the tenured people who have been in their role for over 10 years. Majority is making less than 32k
