The process had 3 interviews. 1 - With recruiter 2 - With C-Level 3 - Presentation with C-Level + Senior peer from position It took almost 1 month to get these 3 interviews done. They sent a practical test where I had resolve and present slides. I thought everything went well, as C-Level and Peer were very friendly and polite, however, they ghosted me for 2 weeks after the final presentation. I had to chase the recruiter for a response/feedback, and in the end, they "paused" all hirings...after I've passed for 1 month being available to them, and Luma didn't say anything about it...If I didn't go after a feedback, I wouldn't know the outcome until now.
