The order of the interviews was technical quiz - HR interview - engineering manager interview - technical assignment - technical assignment review - engineering VP behavior interview - reference check. There was nothing peculiar about the interview, and the focus was mainly on verifying the technical competence and knowledge of the applicant. Therefore, through the interview process, I felt that it would be a good environment to grow as a developer.
