Applied online with no referrals, and landed a first phone interview with the HR recruiter who was nice, and asked basic questions about my career and background. At the end of our chat, I was told that I would have a second interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was late, and didn't show up on the video during our interview. He saw my resume during the interview and said that I 'was very qualified for the role'. Very nice chat. I haven't received any feedback for 2 weeks and after a follow up email with the HR Recruiter, I got a standard reply saying I was not approved.
