Interview was perfect and Hr called me said we will go offer proposal state and asked my base salary expectation.I gave the number and she said she will check with manager and she called me after one week and she said they are ok and I asked about joining bonus and she calls after one week and says it’s not possible and asked me to give my decision the next day and next day I said I’m accepting offer and she says the salary we have spoken before it’s not accepted and she says she will reach out to me if anything comes up later With out knowing the salary requirement or my expectation why she has to waste my time and it went for a month and I need to email her for getting call. I don’t expect these type of recruiter in the company which is booming in Ev field. Please don’t waste time of candidates and ask the expectation before itself and don’t make drama at the end .
