Initial phone/zoom - get to know you, light questions and scenarios with 2 advisors Second Interview - 2 separate interviews - first with 4 advisors and second with 2 upper leadership

First phone interview, then an in-person interview with the department and hiring committee. Phone interview was relatively easy and casual and just with department made up of direct supervisor and co-workers (and included a presentation about an initiative you would attempt to implement if hired). After was in-person group/panel/committee interview and later interview with the Provost. The panel interview was more nerve-wracking but everyone was nice and no interrogative or gotcha questions. You should prepare as much as possible.
