I answered standard questions on employment history and skills, I also had to submit a resume and cover letter. In the phone interview, the director asked about my skillset in more detail and about the Institutional Research and Higher Education industry. The in-person interview was with the rest of the office. I also met with a few other people at the university. Many of the same questions were asked across interviews.
