interview and asked my why are u here 4--->they collected my resume am standing at their work center along with their employees 5---->infrastructure worst 6---->u wont find this company in WIKI 7---->Their employee who interviewed me is arrogant and head weighted that's it He is behaving like he is the founder of the company,it's shameless 8--->He came with his laptop and i thought he opened TUTORIALS POINT respective coding questions 9--->started shooting questions he asked about one simple SQL question I did with PAGING option through declaring variables and projected him the code this is DYNAMIC SQL PAGING style you can fetch what ever if you give nth value I am sure he don't know about the concept as he is completely relying on that website solution as it is That's fine Now he said y are u doing so complex approach just say the simple approach I did it, he again asked for another approach and started degrading me Like you are unworthy, awkward laughing and starting at my resume and asked rest of questions i said mostly and again he came back to the first question and said u have 4 years of experience you don't know how to solve that and started laughing again Here my EGO CLASHED like hell and decided even though i cleared this with hell lot of patience i won't join this company in my lifetime even if they beg to join NOW ITS MY TURN I said every one have unique approach to one single requirement through Coding It's not rule to do coding in this format only like A, B, C i said his face was blank I said as of now i got two offers in my hand and I started the company list his face was again blank I said i will give one very simple code just say how you can do that just wanna see your logical skills as His face again blank Speech lessss and denied to accept
