      Entrevista

      White Coat - Physical Examiner (VA Disability Claims) PA Olivia Roach of Huntsville, AL 35806 While I was hired on fairly quickly, I also onboarded quickly. As a former United States Navy Hospital Corpsman, I nailed the onboarding process the day of having accepted the offer. Of course I offboarded from the previous position first. Onboarding with Loyal included: 1. Drug testing (urine sample at Huntsville Hospital Lab for me) 2. VA Computer Training 3. Identifying paperwork I-9 type 4. Onboarding dashboard 5. Signing of agreements 6. Acceptance of pay structure $122k to $144k per year depending upon bonuses and how many physicals you complete since 11 per day was my goal. 7. Scrubs or Civilian clothes are allowed. Your choice. PA license is required which you will learn after hire. BLS should also be current. AHA Approved Only.

      Why do you want to fill this position? Why do you want to do this particular job? What similar work did you do on active duty eith the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman with FMF (unofficial) Training and working with Flight Surgeons in Flight Medicine? What was it like telling US Navy Pilots whether or not they were fit for duty to fly Naval Aircraft? Answering to no one except your Naval Flight Surgeons? Were there ever any issues either having so much power and responsibility? I explained there was not a single incident in the five years on that assignment. When would you be able to start? I explained I had already given two weeks notice but prefer not have sny employment gaps.,
